Information on this site

We work to keep stock, specifications and prices accurate, but they can change without notice and may contain errors. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Availability and pricing are confirmed when we send you a written quote.

Quotes & pricing

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
• Delivery prices are estimates based on your delivery zone; the final price depends on site access (for example, tilt-deck vs crane) and is confirmed in your quote.
• A quote is valid for the period stated in it and is subject to stock being available at the time you confirm.

Containers & condition

Used containers are sold on an as-described basis using standard industry condition grades. We describe condition in good faith, and we encourage you to inspect a unit in person, by appointment in Richmond, before you buy. Any warranty is limited to what is set out in your sales agreement.

Delivery

You are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible, level and ready, and that any required permits or approvals are in place. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by site conditions or access beyond our control.

Intellectual property

The content, photos and branding on this site belong to Conway Containers Canada Ltd and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
